We believe that in order to help the Philadelphia community it is crucial to engage young professionals. |

We have quickly grown in to an organization of over 30 young professionals who take time out of their busy schedules to help plan TSF events and reach out to our community. |
|
There is still more to do, and we want - we need - your help. We are building a database of non-profits organizations with which we will network. This is another way we aim to engage our peers. We want to help Philadelphia's young adult community access local non-profits that support Philadelphia's less fortunate youth. Please send us information on non-profit organizations that support inner-city Philadelphia youth, which you find interesting. We will consider this organization when deciding on where to donate the proceeds of our next event. |

- Sign on alcohol sponsors, food sponsors, soft drink sponsors, auction sponsors and other related sponsorships.
|
| Causes |
|
- Determine which Philadelphia-based non-profit organization will receive this year's party proceeds.
- Work with the organization both before and after the event.
|
| Public Relations |
|
- Nothing happens if the word doesn't spread.
- Determine PR strategy and fully execute as a team.
|
| Party |
|
- Coordinate all party logistics including contracting with a DJ, photographer, caterer, etc.
- Help prepare come gala day.
|
