| Founded in 2007, The Spruce Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia. Our goal is two-fold: first, serve at-risk youth in the Philadelphia region; second, develop the next generation of philanthropists in the Philadelphia region through encouraging and empowering young professionals to serve at-risk youth. |

| The Foundation's vision is to raise social awareness among Philadelphia's young adults and to increase their involvement in the Philadelphia community by encouraging their personal investment in Philadelphia's youth. TSF aims to show Philadelphia's less fortunate youth that Philadelphia's young adults believe that they are the city's future leaders. |
| Additionally, TSF supports mentorships between TSF members and Philadelphia philanthropic leaders. By offering the community a multiplicity of opportunities including social events for young adults, programs for both young adults and underprivileged youth, and mentorship opportunities for young adults and community leaders, TSF seeks to impart to young adults the conviction to give, the passion to create change, and the skills to effect the changes they envision for Philadelphia's youth. |
