The Spruce Foundation is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, and we only use the personal identifiable information (PII) you share with us to maintain your donor information and to provide you with content of interest. We use encrypted and secure servers to safeguard our user’s data.

You opt in to emails from us when you sign up for our newsletter, participate in a program or event (i.e., Spruce Council, gala, an information session, or fundraiser), apply for a grant, or make a donation through our website, Hubspot, Paypal, Venmo, or Meta (Facebook or Instagram), during which you may have provided us with your name, email address, phone number, zip code, and other personal identifiable information (PII).

We use your PII to send email communications promoting our events, fundraisers, and other key initiatives and to keep our contact and donor databases accurate and up-to-date. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information from our database at any time. Please reach out to our Hubspot and/or Mailchimp administrators to request changes.

We may share your information with sponsors only at our highest tier. Sponsorship information is available here.
