Spruce Gala 2020 Postponed

In response to the rapidly changing COVID-19 outbreak, the Spruce Foundation 2020 Gala is postponed until further notice.

Ticket sales have been suspended and refunds are available upon request. All ticket purchases can be applied as a Spruce donation or be reserved for the new Gala date. We appreciate your patience and ongoing support. We will continue to share information as more updates become available.

The health and safety of the Spruce community is our highest priority and we look forward to bringing you Gala later in the year.

What will happen to my ticket purchase?

1.   All purchased tickets will be applied to the next gala date. We ask that you simply hold onto your current gala ticket and we’ll handle the rest on our end.

2.   If you would like your ticket purchase to be treated as a donation to the Spruce Foundation instead, please email events@sprucefoundation.org. Your donation will benefit local non-profits by supporting programs that seek to empower, educate and enrich the lives of youth in Philadelphia.

3. While we have not announced a new Gala date and would love for you to keep your ticket to join us in the future, we understand these are uncertain times so we’re offering partial or full refunds. If you would like a refund, email events@sprucefoundation.org. If you choose a partial refund, the rest of your ticket will be treated as a donation.

When will Spruce Gala be rescheduled?

Gala will be rescheduled for a later date in 2020. Our organizers are working with our vendors and adhering to CDC guidelines to determine the revised date. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will be in touch as soon as we can with further information.

What can we do to help those impacted by COVID-19?

Although we are deeply disappointed to postpone Spruce Gala, we remain committed to the Philadelphia community and helping local non-profits thrive during these times. Spruce is hosting a food relief fundraiser to support Share Food Program.

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, Share Food Program has tripled their donations to food pantries and lunch programs in the region. Check out this article to understand their impact.

UPDATE: The fundraiser is now closed. Thanks to your generous donations, we raised over $2,000 for Share Food Program.
